“Your beautiful Eyes” is a photographic series by Suren Manvelyan.
Update: (August 13th, 2010): I had a chance to speak with Suren. And I’d like to confirm that these photos were taken of real eyes. “The photos of the eye are genuine photos!!! In Photoshop, I use only cropping, curves (sometimes), resize and sharpness. That’s all! Kind regards, Suren.”

Can we keep religion out of this and just enjoy the photos?
Awesome photos by the way Suren. I’ve never seen the human eye like this before. These should be in anatomy textbooks

O-NegMost of the time, I couldn’t give a damn, about cool pictures. Maybe save a couple for my revolving desktop bg, but this is the first time I just sat up with my jaw dropped getting closer to the screen.

RyanThanks for showing how awesome evolution by natural selection is with its complete lack of a creator or design.

AlisonI find it really interesting that the brown eyes seem to be made of a different “material” than the lighter blue/green eyes.. the brown is kind of like a bunch of dusty particles, whereas the blue are more like a bunch of strings. Very strange that they’d be made differently, as I thought the only difference was supposed to be the pigmentation!

God is good, bro. It’s exciting to know that there are all matter of things left for us to still discover from His sweeping hand of Creation.
@Mark, Ryan, James
It’s a shame you think that beauty is purposeless. Nothing was by accident.

It’s a shame you think beauty is purposeless without having “God made it”
Why is that the only alternative btw? It’s either “God did it” or “Everything was an accident and nothing has purpose”
Is that really how you think? I think that thought is more depressing than the altogether more likely idea that there is no god.
