Kim’s Monochromatic World

Daehyun Kim’s minimalist illustrations remind me a lot of Hoogerbrugge’s comic animations. Both artists have a distinct style that follow the life and adventures of a specific character(s). And what is fascinating is how they are able to create depth and illusion with each image using essentially black ink.
