Paintings: Stop Moving Your Head!

I like the bold colors and brushstroke style of Erik Olson’s paintings. Even though we are not viewing his work in person, we still easily get sense of texture and thickness of the strokes. And referring specifically to his animal and people portraits, it interesting how he creates a sense of movement by adding various eyes, noses, mouths, etc.
