Illustrator Daniel Reese is currently accepting orders for his hand-painted Nike High Dunks with themes such as film, music, comics, and gaming.
Update: Clarification – These kicks are examples done via computer, however, they allow people to select and order them. The artist then hand-paints and ships them out. You can see actual painted sneakers at the photo gallery on Flickr, the quality is quite close to the computer examples. (June 10th, 2010)

AdrianaAs mentioned in the post, the artist is accepting orders to paint them and deliver. So yes, the examples are digitally composed and then will be painted.
